The Marketing Communications Intern position at Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation is designed to provide experience on a highly productive, nonprofit marketing communications team. The intern will learn important skills related to the strategic development and production of both print and online marketing and communications—from helping design materials to executing projects. Projects may include developing creative assets, building digital communications, updating content archives, writing patient stories, organizing photos and video assets, providing administrative support and coordinating projects.
The role of the Executive Assistant in Philanthropy with Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation will be to assist two Vice Presidents of Philanthropy. Duties include executing administrative responsibilities, providing donor support, and a supporting a variety of special projects. Responsible for executive level coordination of the Vice Presidents of Philanthropy’s schedule and related activities. Qualified candidates will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The Senior Manager of Gift Processing will establish, assign, prioritize, and oversee tasks for the Gift Processing department and directly supervise gift entry staff including permanent employees, temporary, and contract employees. Create and implement daily, weekly, and monthly data entry procedures necessary for processing revenue and related information to fully comply with IRS rules. Train Foundation staff on topics related to gift processing, revenue records and constituent management using Blackbaud CRM. Handle advanced gift processing tasks such as pledges, and large or complex gifts.
The Foundation Relations Senior Manager will contribute to the Foundation Giving Business Unit and Philanthropy Team to help meet and exceed Foundation Giving Business Unit goals and measures. This position will focus specifically (but not solely) on supporting prospecting and proposal writing for the Advocacy/Population Health strategies of the hospital. This person must have a keen understanding of health care policy, the evolving population health paradigm and Medicaid implications. Must be a confident leader and strong contributor to a team environment.
