The Vice President of Gift Planning is responsible for defining, creating, implementing and integrating a comprehensive Planned Giving (aka Gift Planning) program into the larger philanthropic program, specifically principal and major gifts, at Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation. Will manage a portfolio and develop major and planned gift strategies for individual donors. Support Philanthropy Team as a resource for planned giving expertise. Oversee planned giving assistant and major gift colleagues. Responsible for partnering on marketing for the planned giving program as well as overseeing cultivation strategies and events related to the Tammen Society and other planned giving initiatives. Staff the Legacy Planning Advisory Council and help plan their meetings and annual event. As a member of the Foundation team, represent Children’s Colorado in a professional manner to various external constituencies and personally raise planned and major gifts.
The Senior Manager of Philanthropy is responsible for the leadership and management of the lead annual giving program in the Foundation’s Colorado Springs office, including identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding individual donors particularly in the $1000-10,000 range. Responsible for developing and planning strategies that nurture, solicit, steward and advance existing and prospective donors capable of giving on an annual basis. In coordination with Aurora-based colleagues, support annual giving and grassroots programs in southern Colorado. Travel within southern Colorado and occasionally to other destinations, as needed. Serve as a strong contributor and exhibit a collaborative spirit as a member of the Philanthropy team and Colorado Springs team. We are seeking applicants with at least 3+ years of experience working in a fundraising environment, or environment with transferable skills, such as portfolio-driven sales.

The Director of Donor Relations creates, implements, manages, and continually assesses a comprehensive and donor-centric donor relations plan to assist the Foundation in reaching its fundraising goals and retaining donors. The scope of work includes donor recognition, endowment reporting, stewardship (primarily for major and principal gift donors), and providing exceptional philanthropic experiences that strengthen donor engagement. The Director is responsible for overseeing the Donor Relations department, providing strategic vision and leadership, and supervising and developing individual team members. Must be a collaborative contributor to a team environment and foster a culture of donor-focused stewardship and relationship-building.
The Coordinator of CMNH is responsible for planning strategies and practices that nurture, solicit and steward Children’s Miracle Network national sponsors and local special event and annual program initiatives. The individual will represent Children’s to various external constituencies and have personal objectives for raising gifts related to Children’s Miracle Network and special annual events and programs. This person will also offer support to the Children’s Miracle Network team on tasks relating to key national partnerships as well as volunteer coordination.
This Coordinator position is to provide effective and efficient accounting and administrative functions for the Finance department and the Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation. The position focuses primarily on accounts payable and disbursements (50%), as well as departmental administrative support (30%) and other ancillary tasks relating to bookkeeping and accounting (20%). We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years experience working in administrative, bookkeeping, or accounting functions within an accounting or finance department setting.
