As a nonprofit, Children’s Hospital Colorado is fueled by giving. Through tireless commitment, awe-inspiring generosity and unyielding hope, Courage Classic supporters create a better world for children, dollar by dollar, pedal by pedal, one mountain pass at a time. Because we all share the belief that a child’s life can and should be filled with limitless possibilities.
Mountains Conquered. $46 Million Raised.
All for Kids.
In 29 tours, the Courage Classic has raised more than $46 million. Undesignated Courage Classic fundraising supports the Children’s Fund, which gives the hospital the flexibility to serve the greatest needs of our patients. Learn more about the Children’s Fund. Teams that raise more than $50,000 can designate their funds to certain areas of the hospital – and in doing so, help children and families with specific needs and diagnoses.
You are making a difference for kids like...
Owen, now 7, who had lifesaving heart surgery as a baby
and now rides in the tour every year.
Olivia, who received a liver transplant at 7 months old
and now joins the tour with her family.
Daniel, who overcame cancer
and cycled to help those who are still fighting.
And your support has spurred incredible progress
Since the tour began, Children’s Colorado has
performed over 400 heart transplants.
Our doctors led a major discovery of the first drug
of its kind to treat cystic fibrosis.
And we know more about the most common types of childhood
cancers than ever before thanks to advancements
made by our oncologists and researchers.
None of this would be possible without you
The impact of 30 Courage Classics is endless. As we celebrate this huge milestone, one thing is certain: You have turned the impossible into the possible.
